Products that you return or exchange must be unworn. Zuup.com and Portnology Inc. does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.
Whether you are making a return or an exchange, Zuup will:
Credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase.
For exchanges, charge the same credit card for the purchase total of each new item. As always, Zuup will honor all promotions used toward your original purchase and will ship the new item(s) to you free of charge once you are located within the US.

The Fair Credit Billing Act states that your credit card provider cannot make you pay in excess of $50.00 of fraudulent charges.
