Portnology Returns

Items purchased through zuup.com

We guarantee all merchandise sold by Zuup.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund. After 30 days, Zuup cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects. To return an item:

 

1. Contact Portnology and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

2. Pack and return the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
3. Include the original packing slip and your reason for return.
4. Address package to: Portnology Inc. Attention: Zuup Returns 4275 Executive Square, Suite 325, La Jolla, CA 92037.

 

Portnology Inc. warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (three (3) years for guitar bags).
